On the local social scene, I started a couple of years ago a Franco/Australian group, meeting regularly at the Merthyr Bowls Club in New Farm once a month. To my delight and surprise, this group count today around 100 members and is constantly growing.

Claudia Marchand of L J Hooker New Farm did a wonderful job selling my property. I am grateful for her advice on how best to present my home for private inspections and open days. We held an auction which was well-attended and I felt fully supported by all the staff at L J Hooker who took a personal interest in my sale. I would recommend the services of Claudia Marchand – she is efficient, timely, on-the-ball and dedicated to the sale of  property. A little belated, but I wanted to thank you for the effort you put into selling our unit in New Farm.  Nothing was too much trouble, and your list of contacts proved impressive. Unlike a certain other agent in the area, your service was at all times professional, courteous and helpful.  A sale at our desired price in 10 days in the current market was impressive, and again I thank you.  The other thing that impressed me was the communication, from both you and Brett, your Principal – this was constant, but not overwhelming.
